Strategi Resiliensi Usaha Jasa Co-Working Space Terhadap Krisis Di Kawasan Pariwisata Canggu, Kecamatan Kuta Utara

This research was conducted to analyze the resilience strategy of co-working space business in Canggu Tourism Area against a crisis. Meanwhile, data this study used four-function adaptive cycle concept application. The is qualitative obtained from primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques consisted interviews, observation, literature study, documentation. results showed that there were two stages not passed by during crisis, namely growth phase conservation phase. other stages, release reorganization phase, show various problems arose, starting lack capacity, prices too high, as well member safety comfort. reorganizing comes loyalty which built means, such listening members complaints providing best service create word mouth itself.
